 note = {., Over 40,000 foreign individuals had reportedly traveled to Syria and Iraq as of late 2017 to fight alongside the terrorist forces(ISIS). The UN Security Council adopted Resolution 2178 to tackle the problem, calling on Member States to make these individuals(foreign terrorist fighters: FTFs) punishable through their internal laws and regulations.
