However, its use has been declining in recent years, and its vigorous reproductive capacity has become a problem in Japan and other countries, where it is used to cover signs, other structures, and trees, as well as to kill trees due to erosion by the kudzu. In the Kajigane area of Yamakoshi, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, the spread of kudzu is similar. Based on the results of a vegetation survey in the area, this study examined the use of kudzu, a troublesome weed, to produce kudzu-root liqueur, which is also used as an herbal medicine, and measures to establish it as a local brand. This study also discusses the advantages of producing Kudzu-root liquer production, branding measures, and the potential contribution of Kudzu- root use to the region., .}, title = {未利用資源を地域資源へ -葛根酒による長岡市山古志梶金地区における葛のブランディング戦略-}, volume = {7}, year = {2024}, yomi = {フジタ, ミユキ} }
