The fourth report includes the autographed photo of Mikio Oda who became the first Japanese Olympic gold medalist, the autographed writing book by Kinue Hitomi who became the first Japanese woman to be an Olympian and a medalist, and the autographed photo of Leni Junker who was a German female sprinter and won the bronzemedal in the 4×100m relay. In addition, the commemorative photo album owned by an officer of Japanese team, the Olympic memorial shield presented to Kintaro Usuda who participated in boxing, and a commemorative report on the welcome party for Olympic athletes were showed.
