年度は、グローバル展開している地域の中小企業をVRIO （ Value, Rarity,Inimitability, Organization）もしくは、CAGE（Cultural, Administrative, Geographical,Economic）フレームワークによって分析する。\n対象は日仏企業とし、研究方法としては、インタビュー調査による事例研究を行う。\nすでに、2021 年度は、エクス・アン・プロヴァンス（仏）に本社を置く産業用機器製造業の事例研究を行い、第14 回国際戦略経営研究学会（オンライン開催）年次大会で「フランスにおける地方の中小企業の海外展開－産業用機器製造業 A 社の事例」を発表した。\n今年度は、新潟市産業振興財団（新潟IPC 財団）の支援のもと、新潟市に本社を置く企業を調査している。対象企業は、株式会社ユニークワン、ナミックス株式会社、株式会社新潟クボタ、株式会社PNH、株式会社くにみ農産、亀田製菓株式会社の６社である。\n今後は、VRIO もしくはCAGE のフレームワークから分析を行い、新潟の中小企業の海外展開の事例を蓄積していく。そして、日仏における地方を本社とする中小企業のグローバル展開には、どのようなパターンがあるのか明らかにしていく。\nより具体的には、2023 年４月に、先述した分析フレームワークに沿って６社の調査結果を新潟IPC 財団へ報告する。それと同時に、地域住民・学生にもわかりやすいブックレットを作成する（研究成果の社会への公表）。これによって、本学の中期計画Ⅱが目指す、「『地域から未来を創造する大学』として、地域や地元と有機的な連携をすることによって、新しい教育のスタイルを確立、発信する」に資することになる。そして、2024
